Our Proven Process

Home Consultation

We’ll arrive on time, walk the property, discuss your ideas, get a feel for your property and then create a design plan and budget for you on site. We can also schedule a night demonstration which allows you to see how landscape lighting can impact your property. You’ll be able to evaluate light intensity, color tone and fixture placement.

Design & Proposal

Based on the feedback from the consultation, we’ll create a plan that combines our creativity and expertise within your preferences and home appearance. Upon approval of the design and budget, a deposit will be taken. Then, we’ll schedule your lighting installation.

Installation

On your scheduled installation day, our team will send a text alert of their estimated time of arrival. Depending on how large the project is, the lighting installation could take a day or a week. We’ll keep in constant communication throughout the lighting installation.

Follow Up & Maintenance

Upon completion, we’ll send a final invoice. We use Jobber to handle all of our client communication and online payment options. If you so desire, annual maintenance plans can be purchased and scheduled during your initial installation to ensure your lighting system continues to operate at an optimum level. We include a complimentary year with every new installation.
